Movin in

President-elect Barack Obama and his family will move to Washington D.C. this weekend while the soon-to-be Commander in Chief will be working on an economic recovery plan and preparing for the transition into the White House.

Obama, his wife Michelle, and their two daughters Malia and Sasha will be staying at a Washington hotel until Jan. 15. Next, the family will move into the Blair House, the president's guest house, across the street from the White House.

Inauguration events will begin Jan. 20.

Can't wait to see it...

Check out this lovely photo of Shia Lebouf and Megan Fox in the upcoming sequel to Transformers. There's guarenteed to be a lot of action in this hit film, directed by special effects guru Michael Bay. Even more crazy, parts of the movie were shot in Giza, Egypt, the first film to do so at the 5,000-year-old site.

Another interesting fact about Transformers 2 is the fact that an injury to Lebouf's hand that was sustained during a car accident in Hollywood July 27 was written into the movie. Lebouf was cited for DUI at the scene of the accident but was not at fault. The other driver ran a red light and collided with Lebouf's vehicle. Lebouf's hand was in bad shape and underwent extensive surgery.

Bay had nothing but good things to say about Lebouf, despite the small set back of his injuries. "He's doing a great job on this movie. He’s really matured since the last one, and I love working with him," Bay told Access Hollywood.

I really enjoyed the first Transformers and I can't wait to see this one. Plus I'm a huge fan of Shia.

Happy Holidays from Hef!

Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner sent out his annual holiday card, featuring himself and his two topless, but body painted, girlfriends, 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon.

After splitting with girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson of The Girls Next Door, Hef quickly moved on. "Within two weeks, a pair of twins arrived and ... they were interested in being my girlfriends," he told Extra recently. "Several girlfriends are easier to handle than one wife."

Hef was introduced to the twins after ex Madison met them when searching for the 55th Anniversary Playmate. "I would never try to personally pick Hef's new girlfriend. I would like him to take his time and actually get to know somebody, which he never does! But as long as he's having fun, I'm happy for him!" Madison told Usmagazine.com.

I wonder if these girls aren't trouble. They pleaded no contest to felony battery charges in August. Good luck handling this terrible two-some!

Jen Aniston screwed by GQ?

In this sexy cover shoot, the wonderful Jennifer Aniston posed wearing nothing but a tie for GQ. I thought the cover was rockin' but apparently there is someone who disagrees... Aniston!

Aniston appeared on The View where Barbara Walters dared to ask, in reference to the cover of GQ, "What happened to the girl next door from Friends?" Aniston's reply was, "She's there, photoshopped!"

After placing the magazine face down saying, "Let's put this down," Aniston explained, "This had a whole concept. It was going to be in various stages of undress. There was going to be me in a gown and men in tuxedos. And then it would be me wearing the man's shirt. And he would have no shirt on. And then they were supposed to get naked! Somehow I don't know what happened!"

When View co-host Joy Behar asked if Aniston had been tricked into the risque cover, Aniston stated, "They got me bombed!"

Did GQ really screw over Jen or is she just remorseful for her scandalous cover? Either way Aniston looks hot and she is amazing!

Paris ups the security after jewelry heist

A man in hooded sweatshirt forced entry into Paris Hilton's home (the door was not unlocked as previously reported) and stole $2 million worth of jewelry and heirlooms from her grandmothers. The thief was caught on tape, since each of the rooms in Hilton's house feature surveillance cameras. In the tapes, the thief seamed to know exactly where to go to get Hilton's expensive goods. An investigation is being conducted.

In the meantime, Hilton has increased her security at her home to include three 24-hour bodyguards.

Pratts not official

Spencer Pratt refused to make marriage to Heidi Montag official in a civil ceremony aired in the final minutes of the season finale of The Hills. After hearing comments from Montag's mother Darlene Egelhoff and his sister Stephanie, Pratt decided it was best not to go through with the quickie marriage and instead give Montag the big wedding she was really after.

Pratt and Montag eloped in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Nov. 19 but the marriage was purely ceremonial and was not legal. However, the couple decided they would make it legal at a civil union once they returned home.

Egelhoff has been upset about the elopement ever since she knew it happened. She even questioned whether Pratt may have drugged her daughter. "I know you manipulated and plotted this whole wedding. It's too fast, too much. You know she had dreams of a bigger wedding. I can't let you go to the courthouse and make this wedding legal," Egelhoff told Pratt.

Stephanie Pratt agreed with Egelhoff saying to Spencer, "You can't do this. She's going to regret this. I think this is wrong."

So as the ceremony unfolded, Montag said what she needed to say, "I, Heidi, take thee Spencer to be my lawfully wedded husband for better or for worse for as long as we both shall live." But Pratt didn't go through with his end of the bargain and told Montag "I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years. I'll deal with it. It's worth it to be with you the rest of my life."

Now that a real wedding ceremony is in the works (again!) for the couple, everyone seems to be more pleased about the union. Montag intends to have her sister Holly and Spencer's sister Stephanie as bridesmaids.

And what about Egelhoff? "We're on a better path," Pratt claims, according to UsWeekly. "Over Thanksgiving my mom made a gingerbread house that said Pratt's on the door and had Heidi and Spencer's Pictures," Montag's sister Holly told Us. "It was adorable." But, joked Pratt, "I was afraid her mom poisoned it!"

Here's hoping this happy couple works things out.

Holly Madison... in love or after money?

As a big fan of The Girls Next Door, I have always silently questioned Holly Madison's true intentions with Mr. Hefner. Of course all of the girls are after something, why else would you date a wrinkly old man? With how much Madison use to practically beg for a baby and marriage to Hef, I think she was looking to get a free ride for the rest of her life. After a divorce she would get a large sum of money and she would continue to get child support for a baby. Well the wedding and pregnancy never happened and as soon as Madison was sure that they would never happen, she split!

Now Madison is cozying up with another man of self-made wealth, illusionist Criss Angel. She is now claiming she plans to wed him. No engagement yet, but its what she wants! "I actually made Criss a paper ring, but he won’t wear it," Madison told Usmagazine.com. "When he starts wearing his paper ring, I will be the one to propose." The couple even had joint birthday parties and met each others' parents.

Seems to me that Madison is just looking for the cash. Who would rightfully marry disgusting Criss Angel? He's weird and ugly and don't see what everyone else seems to see in him. I think Madison could do much better and should.

Brandi M. graduates Charm School

Brandi M. graduated from Charm School and received the $100,000 prize on the season finale of Rock of Love Charm School. I believe that Brandi was quite deserving of the title and prize as she managed to wow Sharon by tearing up her speech and really speaking from the heart. She also did an amazing job during the charity challenge, overcoming Megan's sabotage efforts and earning the most donations. Even though Destiney rocks, I think in this case, the right woman won. Plus Destiney earned an internship for fashion design. So it all worked out. Oh and Lacey was a bitch again and that's why she would never win!

Hef to walk ex down the aisle

Kendra Wilkinson, Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend, will marry her fiance Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett in June. So who will walk her down the aisle? Her ex-boyfriend Hef!

Hef even tells E! that he may have "second thoughts" at the ceremony, but can't be too shaken up since he has twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon to comfort him. He even said, "Nothing has been the same" since the "two very lovely twins walked into my life."

Okay so as if it isn't weird enough that her ex-boyfriend is going to walk her down the aisle, he's also hosting her wedding and reception which will take place at the Playboy Mansion! On top of that, Hef's two other ex-girlfriends, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt, will be bridesmaids for Wilkinson. The whole thing will be caught on camera for their show, The Girls Next Door.

So Wilkinson will be officially moving out of the mansion this week.

I have to call this wedding a failure before it begins. I love Kendra, she's awesome, but I just don't see this working out. We'll see.

I also have to wonder, what is the future of one of my favorite television shows. I hope it doesn't continue, focusing on the twins. I find them quite annoying.

Poor Paris!

Paris was robbed Friday morning. About $2 million in jewelry and other belongings were taken from her home. She was not at home at the time.

“According to detectives, a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves forced entry into the front door, ransacked her bedroom and took an undisclosed amount of property and fled the scene,” Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Richard French told Usmagazine.com.

Sorry about your loss Paris! Hope you catch the low-life.

How much would you pay for snot?

There have been some really strange things auctioned off on eBay, but this is one of the grossest. Actress Scarlett Johansson is auctioning off a tissue she used that was given to her by Jay Leno. She apparently had a cold that she received from Samuel L. Jackson, her co-star in the movie Spirit, and that's why she needed the tissue when she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Now bids on the used snot-rag have surpassed $2,000. Oh but I forgot to mention, the proceeds are going to a good cause. Scar-Jo is donating the money to USA Harvest, an organization helping eradicate hunger. Let's hope the bidders aren't crazy enough to be bidding on snot and are instead putting their money to a worthy cause.

Hilary Duff is not a virgin!

Hilary Duff landed herself the cover of sex-symbol magazine Maxim where she confesses "I never said I was a virgin." Okay, I'm all about girls being open with their sexuality (why should we have to hide it when guys get to flaunt it?) but what I'm not cool with is lying. If Hilary truly was not a virgin, she should have never said that back then and she should not be trying to retract it right now.

That said, I think that Hilary is human just like the rest of us and sex is a natural part of life. I don't think we should dictate whether someone should or shouldn't have sex, it's their own choice. So if Hilary wants to scream "I'm not a virgin" from the rooftops, let her.

Death by shoe!

The ever-popular President George W. Bush was attacked at a news conference in Afghanistan by a protester who chucked his size-10 shoes at Bush's head. Bush laughed off the attack though his secret service body guards did not. Watch the video on YouTube and you will see a huge smile on Bush's face but you will also see a bazillion secret service pour into the room from a door to the President's left. Luckily for Bush his cat-like reflexes protected him from getting a shoe imprint across his forehead but honestly, what was this guy thinking? It's not like the shoe was really going to do anything to Mr. Bush. Had to laugh at this one.

My favorite red carpet dress

I was reading InStyle Magazine's top 20 red carpet dresses of 2008 (so far) and I have selected my favorite out of the group, as well as my least favorites. To see the full list go to http://www.instyle.com/.

I really love this dress by Zac Posen worn by Rihanna. The dress shape is gorgeous and I love the color of it as well. I could see myself wearing something like this but Rihanna probably wears it much better. Rihanna always has fabulous style.

Other dresses I really like include Penelope Cruz in Chanel Haute Couture, Anne Hathaway in Atelier Versace, Keri Russell in Nina Ricci, Cameron Diaz in Dior, Marion Cotillard in Gaultier Paris, Natalie Portman in Christian Lacroix Haute Couture and Kate Hudson in Balmain.

Though InStyle called these the best red carpet dresses of 2008, there were a few that I disagree on. Fergie in a Calvin Klein Collection dress, which was beautiful but I thought she didn't fit into it very well. Linda Evangelista in Lanvin, I just don't like the shape of this dress period, same goes for Lucy Lui in Giambattista Valli. Tilda Swinton just looks awkward in the dress by Lanvin.

Speidi wedding footage revealed

Here is a sneak peek of the season finale episode of The Hills featuring the wedding of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, courtesy of E! Online. The episode is to air on Monday.

I had to laugh at the fact that Spencer got Heidi pretty drunk before hand and the two of them keep saying "I can't believe we did this." Wonder if that's a bad sign or if it was such a great moment that it's hard to believe it happened. I really am routing for these two lovebirds. Everyone else in the media is tearing them apart, somebody has to stand up for them right? Well if it has to be me...

According to UsMagazine, the 17-year-old son of Hugh Hefner is not opposed to having multiple girlfriends like his dear old dad who up until recently was dating three hotties, Holly, Bridget and Kendra and is now dating twins Karissa and Katrina Shannon. Lil' Hef apparently got a talking to from his mother, former playmate Kimberley Conrad, who stated "We do not have a revolving door in this house."

Hef's other son, Marston, 18, disagrees with his younger brother stating, "I'm not going to have multiple girlfriends -- not at the same time."

Cooper, who also calls the mansion "overrated" would like to take over his father's biz bringing it back to its roots. "If I were to take over the company or have a say in what's going on, I'd want the girls to be presented more as they were in the pictorials back in the 1950s and 1960s -— kind of artsy, classy. I would like to bring back that retro-class feel," Cooper stated.

I'm not sure the world can handle another Hugh Hefner but I guess we'll see...

Tara Reid hits rehab

Reps for Tara Reid have announced that the actress checked into rehab. I am not going to make any stabs at Reid's questionable past I am simply going to wish her well. Reid has been through a lot in her life, the majority of it to her own doings, but that doesn't mean we should continue to knock her down. Give the girl a chance to pull herself together and make herself better.

Nice Globes

Nominations for the Golden Globe Awards were announced today. Let's see how good I am at guessing who's going to win in some of the categories. I am not going to list all of the nominees, if you want to know them you can see them all at www.eonline.com.

There is no doubt in my mind that Heath Ledger will win for Supporting Actor for his role in The Dark Knight.

I think that The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, nominated in several categories including Best Motion Picture and Actor, Drama, will take home a few.

For Animated Feature Film, I think Bolt will take home the Globe.

Television Series, Drama I think will go to House. Watch for 30 Rock to take home Television Series, Comedy or Musical (Tina Fey may take home the equivalent in the Actress category).

No GG spin-off?

According to E! Online, the Gossip Girl spin-off rumors are not true. Producers for the show commented, "Contrary to the rumors and false reports breaking in the tabloids, there is no approved concept and/or confirmation of a Gossip Girl spin-off at this time." Of course, that's exactly what they would say if there was a spin-off that was supposed to remain under wraps. Right now, we will call this a busted rumor but we will see what the future holds.

Kardashian strips for PETA

Khloe Kardashian, the least popular of the Kardashian krew, recently bared her booty on a PETA ad. The ad reads, "Fur? I rather go naked." She joins many other celebrities (wait is she really a celebrity?) who have also bared their goods for a good cause. Celebrities such as the Pussycat Dolls, Alicia Silverstone, Pamela Anderson and my personal favorite, Holly Madison of the Girls Next Door.

I had to laugh when I read about Kardashian's nude endeavor from Ok! Magazine online. Here is an actual clip from their article: "with a big-haired, natural-looking Khloe." If you hadn't seen the ad first you'd wonder if they were talking about the hair on her head or the fuzz down lower. Haha.

That said, congrats Khloe, PETA is a great cause.

Some hot Gossip

As a huge fan of Gossip Girl I was thoroughly entranced while watching yesterday's episode. How many television series feature so much drama that they have a funeral, a wedding and a pregnancy (or should I say abortion) all in one episode? That's why I love Gossip Girl. Though I don't like a lot of real life drama, I love me some drama when it comes to my entertainment. When I write stories (yes I'm a writer) I make sure they are packed to the pages with drama. Spoiler alert, don't keep reading if you haven't seen the episode.

In the latest episode, Bart Bass died in a car crash, and Chuck didn't take it very well. Some huge gossip surrounded Lily Bass which later we found out was an abortion and I'm thinking it was with Rufus. Blair's mom married her Jewish beau and Aaron asked Serena to go on a holiday vacation with him. Dan confessed to Serena that he still liked her and Rufus and Lily confessed they loved each other. So with all this drama, what was my favorite part? When Blair told Chuck that she loved him. However, at the end of the episode, Chuck takes off again. We never know what that Chuck is going to do next but it sure keeps me watching!

New episodes start up again January 5. I'll be watching.

Oh and some other hot gossip, there's going to be a spin-off featuring one of the main characters from the show and adding some new characters. My bet is its about Chace Crawford's character Nate. Some would think that it would be Jenny Humphrey since she has her own spin-off book series but I think that's too obvious. I'll keep my eye on this one.

A Scream Queen is crowned

I have been watching the reality series Scream Queens from the start. The purpose of the show was to find a girl worthy of starring in the latest edition of the Saw series, Saw VI. I am a huge fan of the Saw series as well as horror movies in general. I am also a huge fan of reality show competitions, so needless to say, Scream Queens was right up my ally. I knew from the very start that Tanedra would win the competition since she has something that is unteachable... raw talent. Though her inexperience got the best of her at times, her talent and ambition shined through and landed her the career-making role in the final episode.

So who joined her in the top three in the final episode? Michelle and Lindsay. Michelle was pretty, but her big head and cockiness made her extremely unappealing. However, every once in awhile she would really shine, just not enough. Lindsay was a child star (on Nickelodeon's Caitlin's Way) with a lot of experience but she lacked the confidence and emotion.

I'm happy that my girl Tanedra took it home. I look forward to seeing her bring it in Saw VI.

And then there were three...

Sharon Osbourne expelled Heather from Charm School this week. It is now down to the final three: Destiney, Lacey and Brittani M. I'm putting my money on Destiney. I think she'll take home the big W. So what happened to Heather? I'm not really sure. What I do know is that the girl had a major meltdown that probably cost her the $100,000 prize. Oh well, Heather knows she rocks and with confidence like that, she'll do something great.

A great way to waste some time

While browsing the internet on this fine Sunday afternoon, I came across an interesting website called stardoll.com. The site allows you to dress up celebrity digital dolls and save them in an album. I don't know a whole lot about it since I just stumbled upon it, but it seems like a really great way to waste some time (and money if you join the paid membership). Since I was just on the topic of Katy Perry, I have to talk about her new interview where she admits that her style is worthy of a fashion felony stating, "I'm definitely going to be on the worst-dressed lists," in the latest issue of Page Six Magazine. She also added, "I don't censor myself, but I do think about everything. And I feel I've got a good head on my shoulders." I think that's a matter of opinion Katy! Her style should go out-of-style as quickly as possible. I'm all about vintage and retro, but you have to do it right and at the right time. Katy, go pick up an InStyle Magazine and get a clue!

Separated at birth?

Okay, you've probably heard this before, but singer Katy Perry and actress Zooey Deschanel share an uncanny resemblance and look like they could have been separated at birth. They have the same big round eyes, there noses are extremely similar and their smiles and cheekbones are identical. The two even have a retro sense of style. They look so much a like that I'm starting to wonder if its not just split personalities of one person!

Reality show contestant dies

I was saddened to hear that a contestant on MTV's A Double Shot at Love was killed in a car accident shortly after leaving the show. Twenty-two year old Kandice Hutchinson was on the showing hoping for love with bisexual twins Rikki and Vikki (aka the Ikki Twins). MTV producers will edit out some of Hutchinson's wilder behavior out of courtesy for the family. The family, according to TMZ.com, is fine with the show airing episodes with Hutchinson. The premiere of the show, set for Dec. 9, has been dedicated to Hutchinson.

My sincerest sympathies to her family.

Rockin' some new jams

I bought some CDs today. I picked up Ludacris Theater of the Mind and Britney Spears Circus.

Ludacris' new album is packed with songs featuring powerhouses like JayZ, T.I., T-Pain, Chris Brown and Jamie Foxx, among many others. I think the album offers a lot for Ludacris fans. Also noteworthy is the fact that the CD is designed to reflect Ludacris' love of movies. I share that passion with him, I love movies. So what's the best song on the CD? Probably, "I do it for hip hop" featuring Nas and JayZ. It also has hot singles "one more drink" and "what them girls like." Definately a must have.

Britney's latest album features fun songs like "womanizer" and "circus" as well as ballads such as "out from under." Britney has stole our hearts with her music for over a decade now and her latest won't disappoint. Just stop frontin' like you don't like her and go pick up the album.

Britney's new video for Circus has leaked to the internet. I have viewed it and approve. I love circuses and I thought the so-themed video rocked. Plus I really like her new song. I love Britney. Also impressive was her circus-themed birthday party as seen on The Insider. Britney is so great I just wish she knew it! How do we know she's so great? She's been the top searched name on yahoo four years in a row. It doesn't get much better than that.

The most annoying commercial

If you have watched tv at all lately I guarantee you have seen my favorite (sarcasm) commercial. Cashforgold.com is a very low-budget, poorly-acted, ferociously annoying commercial playing on like every station during every pause in my quality entertainment. As if cashforgold.com weren't annoying enough, knock-offs soon followed. Anyone who is stupid enough to actually do what these commercials are asking must be slapped!

Here's hoping I age well...

A special edition of People is in stores now called "Sexy Forever: How to look and feel great at any age." The mag focuses on how well some celebrities are aging. Not a whole lot in it for me since I'm still youthful, but while looking it over I decided all of these women are to be looked up to. I can only hope (plastic surgery or otherwise) that I can look as hot and rockin' as these ladies do!

Heidi's mom is outrageous!

I am shocked to see that Heidi Montag's mother is upset about her marriage to Spencer. I understand where she is coming from but she should be supportive of her daughter. According to UsWeekly, Heidi's female parental unit claims that Spencer is "the biggest mistake Heidi's ever made" and gives their marriage a mere six months.

Heidi, listen to your heart. Your mom will come around. If it happens to be that she's right, make sure you don't hold her responsible. Mothers have an uncanny knack of knowing what's best for us but its up to us to make our own decisions.

Speidi Hitched!

I was ecstatic to hear that my secret twin Heidi married her beau Spencer. I am so happy for them! Everyone is always hating on those two but I love them. Heidi and I are a lot like each other. When comparing myself to celebrities, she is by far the most comparable match. Though many think that Spencer is a destructive moron, I think it is all an act played out for good television. If Heidi really is like me, she would know better than to be with some loser. I think Spencer takes very good care of Heidi and the two truly love each other.

Congratulations you guys. Hope you have a wonderful marriage!

Have you seen the new commercial for Adidas? I have heard of namedropping but this commercial is totally facedropping! There are so many superstar celebs in the commercial it's mindblowing. All I have to say is that must have been expensive for Adidas! Maybe they will be the next to beg the government for a bail out! J/K!

Paris chooses a new BFF ... Brittany!

Though I disagree with Paris' first choice to be Brittany, I do think that Brittany will make a good best friend. I will admit that I didn't like Vanessa either, she was so like "OMG It's Paris!!" It was really lame!

My first choice for Paris was Corrie. Corrie was beautiful, intelligent and genuine. I was inspired by the speech she gave her in one of the first episodes it showed that she was a great combination of brains and beauty (like me!). Though all the other girls hated on Corrie, she was by far my favorite. She may have had some shady things in her past but let's face it, who doesn't? Even the great Paris herself has some not-so-perfect past experiences. I thought the connection would work well between her and Paris.

Since the choice was not mine, Paris chose Brittany so congrats to her. Hope to see you in the headlines!
